    Are VA employers permitted to withhold wages from an employee because of alleged damage by the employee to company property? Assume the damage was unintentional. Thanks!

    Not unless you voluntarily (and I mean, voluntarily, as in not coerced or threatened with discipline or termination) agree to the deduction. See here:
