In Wa State after your 90 days probation period is it mandatory for the company to give you a raise if you pass.

Unless it's it's a bona-fide contract it's not necessary under federal or state law to give a raise after a probationary period.

In all 50 states, unless there is a bona fide contract saying otherwise, the ONLY time a pay raise is mandatory is if the employee is working for exactly minimum wage, and minimum wage is raised by either an act of Congress or your state legislature.
