I'm currently working for an employer who allows no time for lunch; Is this a violation of labor law in Florida? If so, what can I do about it?

Are lunch/breaks a requirement by law in FL?

I could not find anything in the Florida statutes that require an employer to provide rest breaks or meal periods to those employees 18 years of age or older. So, it appears that, although it's not necessarily a good idea, what is occuring is legal.I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
