If you resign your position and have vacation time at the time of you quitting, does the employer have to pay you for that time???
This employer's handbook states, use it or lose it, no carry overs as well as that they will not pay you any unused vacation, regardless of how you leave employment (voluntary resignation, termination, etc.).
