  • (CA) Change in commission only responsibility

I am an outside salesperson in California who works on a commission only basis. My employer has begun dramatically increasing my administrative responsibilities that were previously handled by other staff and I believe it is making it more difficult to maintain the level of sales on which my earnings depend.

Do I have a legitimate grievance?

I have a similar issue at my position in missouri. But also I am charged for a lot of things that are not my responsibility. Ex., when I sell something, customer service keys in the order, incorrectly, we have to issue a credit and re-bill. i am charged for the credit and re-bill even though I did not key it in.
