    I was out on workers comp and my company gave two cost of living increases and when I returned to work I did'nt receive a increase. Is this legal?

    Cost of Living Increase

    It is legal if that is that is there practice for anyone out on leave. Even it that isn't their practice, it is only illegal in states that prohibit discrimination agaisnt those filing a workers compensation claim.
