  • Drive time

does the employer have to pay time in, NC, for others riding in the vehicle,to a jobsite after leaving the office. Also if the supervisor is making personal threats how do i handle that, where i work is like a high school and if you are not in the "in" crowd you will never be promoted and eventuall be fired, the owners motto is "We'll grow with or without you, ,i dont care if you come or go"

    Drive Time

If the time in the vehicle is from the office to the job site, it must be compensated time. If the drive is from the employee's home directly to the job site, it is not.

Unfortunately, there is no law against bad management, unless the bad management is due to discriminatory reasons, such as age, race, religion, gender, etc.
