    I am salary paid, I believe to be exempt, when my boss closses the office for a day or half a day, my pay is reduced. Is that legal or allowed? What should I do if it's not ok? We are in the golfing season & I loss out during this time.

      Salaried is just a payment method - need to know if you are definitely exempt (or if you're non-exempt).
