    We had wage garnishment and we paid the last payment in dec of 09 today we recieved a writ of continuing garnishment from the same guy but the amout due/ owed by us is for 870.11 original amount of judgemt was for 5629.00 what is a writ of continuing garnishment and why do I still owe this guy money if it was paid in full in dec 09 I am very confussed

    Contact the court clerk & see what is going on & what you need to do if you believe you owe no add'l. money.
