  • Employee Outing Wisconsin

Our company is looking into doing a baseball game outing during work hours. I have a couple of questions about that.
    1. Since it is during normal business hours can we force people go?
    2. If no, must they remain at work and work until their shift is up.
    3. If no, can they be force to take PTO if they don't want to attend and go home?

    Thanks in advance.
