  • Non-exempt worker - working more hours not authorized New Hampshire

    Hi,

I have a non-exempt worker that clocks in 10 to 15 minutes before they are supposed to everyday, which adds up into overtime by the end of the week.

What is the correct way to approach him and explain that he can not be doing this?

    Thanks!

Tell them not to do it anymore. If he continues , discipline accordingly.

Am I missing something here because this an absolute no-brainer.
