  • California Alternative Work Week

    Scenario: in a healthcare setting, on an 80 hour payperiod, if an employee is scheduled to work 44 hrs one week and 36 hrs the next week --- is it safe to say that we do not have to pay overtime for the 4 hrs beyond the 40hrs? can you direct me to the appropriate reference please? thanks so much!
