    Can an employer in the state of Texas reduce your hourly wage to minimum wage for quitting without notice? (ie. on your last paycheck?)

    I don't believe they can reduce your wages for hours you had already worked.

    Hold for another poster to come along & verify this.

      Texas requires prior notification. However, a general statement in a handbook that this would occur under certain circumstances would meet the requirement.
