What do we legally have to pay in Idaho?

    Non-exempt employee...

I am going to the National Home Infusion Conference next week. Monday and Friday are travel days .
DCo I to count "in air flight time" only, or time from my home until I get to my hotel room???
At the conference I believe I can count all hours , or just my normal 8 hour work day?

You must pay all hours as a passenger that coincide with the employee's regular working hours, even if the travel occurs on a nonscheduled work day.
And, although the law doesn't require you pay for travel time to/from the airport, airport waiting time, travel to/from the hotel, I might considered paying for all that time as well, although you could pay it at no more than minimum wage if you wanted to. After all, the employee has to spend all that time in addition to the actual flight that he wouldn't be spending if he wasn't going to the conference.

And yes, all conference attendance is work hours, not just 8 hours per day.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
