  • Pay Increase Guidelines Minnesota

    Hi,

We are revising our Pay Increase Guidelines for 2007 and want to include a sentence stating that pay increases are not a requirement without getting too specific. Below is what we have put together for this statement. We are looking for feedback on if it is O.K. to state it this way or any suggestions to better state this sentence.

"Pay raises are not always fiscally possible and there is no requirement to offer scheduled increases to XYZ Company employees."

    Thanks
