  • Down Time rules?

Oklahoma: If you work for a company that takes (drives) people to their medical appointments, and there is like sometimes 3-4 hours between calls, is the company required to pay you for those hours you have to sit and wait in their vehicle, before you have to go get other calls? Like some times you have 3-4 hours between calls, yet, you can't go home, you are in their vehicle. They say that is "down time" and they don't have to pay you? Are there any rules about this practice? Full-Time employee.
