The salary of exempt employees called for jury duty may not be docked for such service.
    (3) While an employer cannot make deductions from pay for absences of an exempt employee occasioned by jury duty, attendance as a witness or temporary military leave, the employer can offset any amounts
received by an employee as jury fees, witness fees or military pay for
a particular week against the salary due for that particular week
    without loss of the exemption.
Nonexempt employees do not need to be paid.

    Jury Duty Oklahoma

Wondering if your employer has to pay you if you are called for jury duty? My husband received a letter to report to the county court house for jury selection. He was there all day doing interviews and things, but was not selected. I am just wondering if there are any laws that apply to him being paid for this day he spent up there instead of at work?
