    I was just doing a search for SC minimum wage, and found that as of April 2006 according to the US Dept. of Labor, SC has no minimum wage. So does it fall under federal laws then, which is $5.15 right? Thanks!

    You are correct, if there is no state minimum wage then the federal minimum wags is applicable. Below is a link for state minimum wage...
