    We termed an employee and that employee has since filed a discrimination suit against us. The employee's spouse is still employed and we are having a holiday party and employees and their spouses are invited. Can we legally not allow the employee that we termed to attend the party with their spouse?

    Can we legally not allow the employee that we termed to attend the party with their spouse? Sure. This is a private party and you can invite or uninvite anyone you want to.
