  • drive time California

My boyfriend works for a company that fixes sub floors. I am wondering if he should get paid for his drive time. Today he met at the yard, and he and his co-workers drove to the job site 2 hours away. The driver gets paid, should'nt everyone? By the way he works in California. Thank You

If he is required to meet at the yard, drive time is compensable. If he can go straight to the job site if he wants to, it isn't.
