My pay change from hourly to commision on the may 22 but i was still on hourly for the week of may 15. So when i got my paycheck i didn't get paid right on my check. I should got paid one week on my hourly pay and the other week on commision but of course that wasn't the case. My check was all wrong i was wondering how long do the company have to correct this problem under the texas state law. THX

Have you contacted them about it? What do they say? There is no law in Texas, nor hardly any other state, that requires the employer to fix paycheck errors in a stated period of time.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
