I hve been with the same employer for 8 years and work commission only. I'm not selling anything due to economy. Am I able to leave and file unemployment and receive benefits?

unemployment for sales
I have to believe that they wouldnt expect me to stay at a job I'm making no money. No one is buying timeshare right now. The last 3 months I've made no money and my company pay's structure gives us a smal weekly draw. If I were to make any money it will all go back to the company now for 3 months of draws. I'll let ya know what happens , I'm in a position I have no other choice now but to go for it. I have nothing to loose.

File a wage claim for all hours worked and not paid at least minimum wage.
