  • Full time and part time status Washington

Is there a law that states what full-time and part-time are considered?
For example full-time being 32hrs-40hrs a week? Or can the employer make it any number of hours?

In almost all states, including Washington, full time and part time are whatever the employer says they are. Only a very few states have any laws about it, and even those few that do generally only have them with regards to benefits.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
