I am paid salary twice a month and required to turn in hours and a brief note on what was performed in that two weeks time. This is for the owner of the property not for pay reasons. Accountant said she did not get my hours faxed to her on the day we were to turn them in on so she did not send me my check. Can she do this when I am salary and those hours do not reflect on my pay. I did fax them twice to her and also have her on my answering machine saying she didnt get my sons hours and nothing about her not getting my hours. I think this was done because she is mad at me for not getting some paperwork to her when she wanted them. It was out of my control and tried explaining that to her but she would not listen.
