good day, i have a quesion. a company was paying employees time and a half last year and now they revised the employee hand book and will just pay employees regular if they work holiday. is that legal?

Yes, it's legal. (minus a binding employment contract to the contrary) Holiday pay is not required & a co. handbook can generally be changed at any time. It seems you were given advance notice of the change.
