    My company recently changed how they pay for holidays. People who are not scheduled to work on a holiday are now not paid for they holiday. We are still required to work 40 hours that week but they make us work Sunday through Thursday. That way we are not scheuled to work on the holiday, and we do not get paid for the holiday. Is this legal?

    It is not only legal, it's not even all that uncommon.
