  • not getting paid on time South Carolina

I'm a part time worker in south carolina. I'm 18 years old and i work between 14-20 hours a week. I've been employed at my job for about 6 months now and my checks never come on time. When i first started work it was said that i would get paid every two week on a friday. My check has only been on time about 3-5 times. my check sometimes comes on the monday after the friday pay day and at other times it come up to a week late. Im living pay check to pay check and i cannot afford to not get paid on time. I have said something about this to my employer many times as well as my coworkers. still nothing has been done. who would i contact to file a complaint?

You would file a complaint with your state DOL.
