I was put on salary as a manager of (fast food chain) a couple months ago since then we lost a couple managers and they will not get us anyone else to fill in the positions so i am having to work 70-80 a week and i have to work 9 am to2 am 3 days a week and they do not give me a break at all... The day i get off they call me back into work b/c the only other manager that is there is on hourly pay and she was running the labor up so they called and made me come in on my only day off work b/c i dont get paid to be there... IS this legal what they are doing or do i just have to deal with it.

You have to work whatever hrs. your employer requires you to work. (There are some exceptions on maximum hrs. such as for airline pilots & minors for example).
