    I don't believe there is much you can do unless you have a contract which guarantees you certain duties.

    Demeaned on the job Pennsylvania

    I work for a local government in Pennsylvania and was given a set of duties four years ago. Until very recently I was told I was doing a good job. After that last election, much of what my duties were were given to others and the one duty that is determined by the Municipalities Planning Code, I was told not to do. That being meeting with developers to discuss zoning regulations. I have never been reprimanded or given any type of dsiciplinary action. What can I do>
