    No-compete agreement

    I work at a company and signed a no-compete clause. I work in Oregon, the parent company is in Washington. If I were to go work for a company that could be seen as a competitor, could my current company come after me? I've heard that these types of agreements don't hold up in Oregon. Is this true?
