I work at a pizza place in Portland, OR we know what are scheduled shifts are for the next two weeks. I work four days a week and have three off, I look at my schedule for the next week before I leave for my days off. When I came back three days later my shcedule has been changed. Without me knowing anything about it and no one asking me if I could or want to work more hours. Is this legal?

Unless you have an iron-clad contract spelling out your schedule and hours, the employer can change it as business needs dictate.
I am not able to respond to private messages. Thanks!
