  • reguarly scheduled payday Oregon

Hello, everyone. I was wondering if anyone besides me has an employer whom pays on time only if they are in town? My employers are frequently out of town to do dog shows and pay us when they get back and are rested up. We are to be paid every other Monday, but it rarely happens! Is this legal?
    It certainly is not cool.

You can find more here http://www.boli.state.or.us/BOLI/TA/...Tafinpay.shtml

How late are you getting paid? Is it more than 35 days from the last pay?
I post with the full knowledge and support of my employer, though the opinions rendered are my own and not necessarily representative of their position. In other words, I'm a free agent.

Thank you for the info. It has never been more than 20 days since the last check.
