    The facts;

    1: Over the road construction company (multiple states)
    2: Company uses P.O. box as address (check stubs, website, etc...)
    3: The only common areas to employees are company truck, jobtrailer
    4: Company has no poster in crew truck/trailer

    1: Where would be the proper place for poster
    2: Do they need a poster for each state that they are currently working in.
    3: What's considered 'proper' in the event these companies hit multiple states in a single day.

    1. Figure out where the ees will see the posters, and put them there. Here are some samples from NC's website, and you can see the surrounding states follow similar patterns.

    NCDOL requires all businesses in North Carolina to post a copy of the North Carolina Workplace Laws Poster in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted.
    Employers in South Carolina are required to post two employment notices from the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation in a place or places where employees can see them.
    Official Georgia Code requires the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) documents be posted in the workplace.
    Tennessee: Employers are required by law to share information with their employees on employment laws and provide other work-related information.They should be posted in a prominent place where employees have access such as a break room or time-clock area.

    2. Yes.

    3. The ees need to be able to see posters specific to each state.
