several months ago my employer was having trouble "balancing her checkbook" so i switched to her bank so i would beable to cash my check and not watch it bounce. for the last two weeks when i have gone to the bank to cash the check they told me the check was no good. what should i do? do i need a bounced check to make a formal complaint with the labor board or can i continue with out the bounced check. please help me
No you don't. File a complaint with the state Dept. of Labor. They will do the legwork for you. However, this may take some time, so polish up the resume. There's not point in working for free.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
