    Profane Language

Profane language, without being a derogatory comment against a protected status, such as race, is not illegal UNLESS the reason for the language is due to reasons such as discrimination. If a manager only uses profane language to, let's say, women, then it may be seen as discrimination. However, if the manager uses profane language to all employees without regard to a protected status, it is legal (though it is definitely not good management).
