my friend filed a sexual harassment lawsuit with the EEOC, because her immediate supervisor open her blouse and commented on her breast. After reporting it to the Director, the director came up with false allegations to get her fired. She was only employed six months and barely passed her probation period. She then filed a retaliation charge with the EEOC. Consequently, the same supervisor that sexually harassed her did her pay and cheated her out of her overtime. The wage and hour board is coming in to compensate all employees due to that fact. Does she have a leg to stand on being that she is a african-american single parent and he was a white supervisor.
