    at my work we are told to start one hour earlier and i cant due to day care and i use to do lot of overtime and now i only maybe about 2to 5 hours a week and im just worried that i will be walked out next even if ive been with the company for 5 years they tell us family comes first then we are told over time can i get fired if i cant be a overtimer im their on time every time should i worrie

    If you are asking if you can be fired for refusing to work overtime, the answer is yes, child care problems or other personal restrictions not withstanding.
