  • Split Shift Question In Minnesota

If you start a shift on the previous day, but it ends on the next day (from 8:00 PM to 1:00AM, for example) and then you work sometime later in the day (from 8:00AM - 2:00PM, for example), is that considered a split shift in Minnesota?
