  • UI? anyone have info re: fired to be replaced by lower paid empoyee? Michigan

anyone know how UI may view that argument, when you know you were replaced by someone at a much lower rate?
    Thanks

There is nothing illegal in replacing a terminated employee with a lower pay employee.

UI folks look at the reason given for your termination & make a decision.

Ok but generally if you just posted a thread & the new question more or less is in
regard to the same situation (ie your termination), you can/should add it to the other thread already started. There's less confusion when it's all together.
