Our company has employees working from home during the crisis. Since the corona virus will be around until a cure or vaccine is developed and has shown to be more dangerous to persons older and/or accompanying ailments. At some point, and maybe sooner than later, the company or state may declare it is possible for workers to return to an office environment. What should a company position be if an employee or employees feels(and probably can show) there is a risk to his or her health? It probably would not come under immanent threat, but in todayƛ mood... We have a lot of older employees and managers that do not like remote work. Seems things could get delicate!
