  • lunch breaks

I recently got a new retail job for the holidays in which employees are working 12+ hours... all the way up to 22 hours... I know IL law states lunch break after 7.5 hours however is there anything more about getting additional breaks when working so many hours paid or unpaid?? if there is where can i find this information to give to employer?

You won't find any because there aren't any. IL does not require rest breaks at all for non-minors, and the law only states just that a meal period is required if you work 7.5 hours; it does not mandate additional meal periods for long shifts.
