  • Employers required to pay for training (commissioned)? Illinois

I am going to be working a commission-based position. However, the first week is going to be 5 days (50 hours) of training in which I (along with the other 15 employees) have no opportunity to make sales/commission. Is there a law that requires that we are paid for that time?
