  • Illinois state law on punch time rounding rules Illinois

Does anyone know if Illinois has a rounding rule on punching in/out?

No different a one than the Federal law I already told you about.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

I am on the Federal website now, and I can't find it, I need to have documentation, that is why.
