  • Minimum of hours continued to an employee? Florida

Can an employer in Florida call an employee to work, for example, only two hours?

There exists a law in Florida that forces the employer to give a minimum of hours continued to the employee?

    Thank you.

The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.
