    my employer has begun taking a more reasonable approach, and even seems to be researching this stuff themselves (although they are taking their sweet time doing it). We had a meeting to discuss these issues and they stated they would figure it all out and provide me with the answers before they ask me to do standby again.

    so on to other things.
