    My partner appealed a California EDD dicision on 3/25/2009 and still no word from UI. What to do?

    I'm not sure why you posted this under bankruptcy law. You might want to post it under employment & labor law.

      Call them, if he/she can get through, or just go down to an EDD office and wait to speak with someone.

        The only thing they can do is call, visit an office or e-mail to check on status of appeal.
