    Hello,

    I was wondering what the max amount of time my employeer can work me before he must allow me a 10 min break is.

      Rest breaks are supposed to be in the middle of each 4 hour period worked, but there is no way to enforce it. If you aren't getting your first rest break until after you have worked 4 hours, you can talk to the DLSE about it, but I'm not sure that they will help you.

        10 min breaks

        Hey,

        Ya thanks I figured probably somthing like that. I did talk to my boss so hopefully things will work out.Thanks for the posts though it's appreciated.
