  • Paying for Gas in a company Vehicle? California

Hi i work for a construction company that sends me everywhere, i travel at least 50 miles a day and some days travel over 200. My boss then deducts up to 200 dollars a week from my pay for gas usage even though he owns all the trucks, and are transporting all his equipment. I was wondering if this is legal in california, and if it is not, to get a link to a reference that i can print up. Thanks
