  • compensation for change in job California

I am a physical therapist that was hired by a rehab company to work in a Acute Trama Hospital as a contract employee of the hospital (took a cut in pay to work in this setting). I have worked for the rehab company +5 years onsite at the Trama hospital. The contract was under bid and will be ending this month. I was offered a job in the rehab company's own facility in their transitional care unit or their long term acute care unit with the same pay and benefits. Am I entitled to any compensation for this change? (I do not like the care settings that they offer and will not be taking the position in their facility)

Not unless your contract (if you have one) specifies such.
I don't respond to Private Messages unless the moderator specifically refers you to me for that purpose. Thank you.
