    On 1/1/08 i quit my job in arizona with no notice on 1/8/08. Today 1/8/08 i Received a leter saying that i needed to turn in my dailys progress notes for 11 days total receipt for 15.75 clients had attended a movie and my clients video game passwords are they telling me if i dont do this they wont pay me ?????? if so can they do this and yes i did the paper work and turned my receipts moneybag keys and keys to the sight when i left that night i also did the progress notes help ....

    No, they cannot hold your paycheck past the regularly scheduled pay day.

    However, I don't understand the movie and the 11 days and the 15.75 thing. As a matter of fact, I don't understand most of your post. Full sentences with punctuation and complete thoughts would help.

        Hopefully, you turned everything in to your employer you needed to - it's hard to tell from your post.

        However; whether you did or didn't, they can't hold your pay check. Your wages should be paid in the usual manner no later than the regular payday for the period during which the resignation occurred. If resigning employees want their check mailed to them, employers must mail them.
